Lets Get Cooking!
A Taste of Heaven is coming soon. It will be a wonderful new cookbook celebrating 150 years of FPC. We need fabulous recipes from you, your family, and friends. Please submit your favorites as soon as possible to FPC Cookbook. If you are interested in working on the cookbook, sending a recipe, or need more information, contact a member of the Cookbook Committee - Karen Novy, Fran Cooper, Debbie Jones, Luci Morgan, Janet Burks, Sharon Bragg, and Beth Shepperd.
For information, contact the church office at 903-597-6317.
Cookbook Brunch
At the July 14 Cookbook Brunch, the culinary talents of the congregation were evident in the quality and variety of delicious dishes. The event raised $1,180 in pre-order cookbook sales and $270 in donations. These funds will go toward printing costs. Profits from the book sales will support Potter House.
Get the recipes for many congregational favorites by reserving your copy of A Taste of Heaven. Watch SteepleTimes and church bulletins for more opportunities to pre-order your copy or email Fran. Cookbooks will be delivered in Spring 2020 as a part of the 150th anniversary of the founding of FPC.
